职位描述：
1、支持商场招商工作，寻找并对接租户的洽谈、签约、装修跟进等工作。
2、开展对目标租户经营及发展信息的调研，对行业竞争对手进行数据分析。
3、建立并更新商业资源储备。
4、支持商业部市场活动。
5、协助商业经理完成日常招商营运文书性质工作，横向部门沟通协调。

岗位要求：
1、具有敏锐的商业触觉，熟悉基本的招商流程、合同、协议文本的拟订。
2、商业租赁和运营管理相关基本知识。
3、工作严谨细致认真，有责任心，抗压能力强。
4、具有良好的中英文口头和文字表达能力、沟通能力，熟练使用Office、Auto CAD、Photoshop等软件。
