ASPECT Studios is recognized as one of the leading landscape architecture studios in the Asia Pacific region. Our Shanghai studio is expanding to meet growing demand. We are looking to secure a Team Leader / Associate Landscape Architect with minimum 8 years’ experience to assist in leading our professional design team in Shanghai.

In summary, your responsibilities will be taking a leading role in the overall project management and delivery. You will be responsible for design quality, efficient project deliveries and high quality built outcome. You are responsible for maintaining good client relationship to ensure a positive project direction and meeting the client’s expectations within the terms of our conditions and engagement.
你的主要职责是在整个设计过程中扮演积极的领导角色，将任务明确分配到设计团队，保证设计质量与设计成果的按时交付，并在整个项目施工的周期进行管理与协助从而保证高质量的建成效果。你需要维系良好的客户关系，确保在合同条款规定范围内，设计能得到很好地理解与推进、整个团队工作有效安排，最终效果达到客户的预期。
 
You are also responsible for mentoring and motivating your team members for both their professional skills and career development to further foster the harmonious studio culture and achieving the company vision.
你需要监督指导整个团队的设计成员，让他们在专业技能上有进步，并清楚地看到未来职业的发展方向。你需要为培养和谐融洽的工作室氛围，及实现公司的美好愿景而作出贡献。
 
It is expected that you have the skills to manage a team of between 5 and 10 less senior staff from time to time and that you will openly cross collaborate with other Team Leaders where opportunities present.
我们期待你能管理一个由5至10人的设计团队，并与其他小组的组长展开良好的沟通与合作。
 
The following skills and experience are desirable:
你需要具备以下能力及经验：
1 Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture.
至少8年专业景观设计工作经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验。无团队管理经验不予考虑。
2 Design leadership with a respected reputation in the profession or among peers.
在景观设计行业或在同行间，有良好的领导能力及口碑。
3 Outstanding concept and detailed design ability, particularly in the retail / commercial, mixed use and hospitality sectors.
具有出色的概念设计及深化设计能力，尤其是在商业、综合体等领域。
4 Excellent communication skills and public speaking skills. Candidate must be well spoken and able to easily interface with clients and consultants (western & Chinese).
  出色的交流及演讲能力，能够用中、英文与中西方客户及顾问毫无障碍地进行沟通。英文不熟练的不考虑。
5 Effective time management and multi-tasking skills, able to independently managing projects at a range of scales while maintaining design standard.
具有合理安排时间及设计任务的能力，能够在保证高质量成果的前提下，独立管理多个项目各阶段的工作。
6 Exceptional coordination and interpersonal skills. Able to guide and support design teams in servicing client requirements across the studio’s project portfolio from master planning to advanced design development.
具有良好的合作及人际沟通能力。从总图设计到方案设计，能够指导并协助设计团队达成业主的要求。
7 Has successfully lead and / or completed medium to large scale projects.
具有成功主持或完成中至大型项目的经验。
8 Experience and mid-level skills in financial, resources, and personnel management.
具有财务管理、公司资源管理及人力资源管理等方面中等以上的管理能力。
9 A proven ability to manage work profitability, on time and to budget.
能够确保项目盈利，且按时提交成果。
10 Able to network with potential clients or collaborators to further strengthen the brand and image of the studio.
