职位描述：
We are looking for candidates who are interested in solving problems and making an impact. This opportunity will allow you to work with experienced consultants on a day-to-day basis, and provide assistance in a strategic sourcing project.

Job Duties:
1. Assist consultants to conduct a strategic sourcing project
a. Conduct desktop research to identify potential vendors based on defined criteria, and contact these vendors by cold calls/email for verification
b. Follow up with potential vendors to collect company profiles
c. Follow up with shortlisted vendors to ensure they submit their quotations accurately and timely
d. Proactively maintain good relationship with potential vendors, help to address their questions and share suppliers' feedback/questions with project team
2. Conduct other related duties as required

Qualifications:
1. 4th-year university students or fresh graduates
2. Be able to commit 5 working days per week starting from April for 16 weeks
3. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel skills required)
5. Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
