【JOB SUMMARY /PURPOSE】

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Cluster DOS Shanghai, in coordination with the DBD/ADOSOnsite, of participating cluster hotels, creates and implements all sales activities and maximizes businessopportunities generating from MICE Related accounts (including agents), 3rdParties, PCO/DMC and PR/marketing Companies (domestic and international) forall the cluster hotels in Shanghai and Kunshan. It is required that he/she,together with his/her own cluster team, develops further product knowledge onthe included hotels as well as strengthening the brand image in the Shanghaiand Kunshan MICE market.

【Specific JobKnowledge, Skill and Ability:工作技能技巧要求:】

Fluentin written and oral English
流利的英语书面和口头表达能力

Minimum5 years of work experience in the hotel industry in a managerial or ADOS role.
至少5年以上的酒店行业管理或销售副总监工作经验。

Goodinterpersonal skills, strong leadership and aptitude.
良好的人际关系,有很强的领导能力和素质。

Pleasantand out-going personality.
愉快的外向的性格。

Ableto work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
能承受较大的工作压力和与最低的监督。

Ableto develop and train subordinates.
能够发展和培训下属。

Possessstrong administration and management skills.
