Key Responsibilities :
? Prepare training concept and procedure
? Prepare training plan, including amount of trainee, city, schedule, budget
? Improve the team training skills
? Monitor the training performance
? Incumbent has to analyze the data and make appropriate recommendation to immediate manager for approval
? Training Objective: plumbers/distributors/internal employee

Request:
? Bachelor degree or above
? 5+ years training experience in the industry of direct selling
? Strong communication ability
? Very good training skill
? Willing to share experience to others
