职位描述：
Report To: Regional Sales General Manager
Location: Shanghai, China

Responsibilities and Activities:

1. Sales
- Lead semi-con team to meet sales target which is assigned by group.
- Visiting customers and potential buyers in order to, but not limited to :
o Settle new business
o Negotiate commercial terms with customers in consideration of cost effectiveness
o Create and submit clear pre-approved commercial proposals and follow-up the quotations in a timely fashion
- Create a clear strategy (to be developed with General Manager) on how to achieve the established sales objectives and additional growth.
- Achieve planned sales objectives and additional growth in the territories according to the corporate sales strategy
- Participate in various regional industry associations and trade shows as required and follow-up initial contacts


2. Marketing and Development
- Market research and update periodically
- Co-creation of a regional business plan
- Research local and international competitive situation, activities, strengths and weaknesses periodically

3. Order Processing and Supply Chain Management
- Provide and update sales forecasts and sales statistics at least once a week
- Transfer order process planning considering lead time from division including customs clearance
- Inventory management: Update and propose Shanghai safety inventory levels to General Manager for approval

Requirement:

- 10 years working experiences in Semi-Conductor field, 5 years management level .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and negotiation skills.
-“can-do” attitude and high energy level.
- Mature, passionate and self-motivated.
- University degree and / or above.
- Willing travel frequently
- Fluent written & oral English
