职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Lead the implementation of global learning & development programs in Asia with focus on sales force and management
? Create and implement initiatives for continuously reinforcing the learning & development program effectiveness therefore improving the impact on organisational performance
? Develop and engage internal trainer team for continuously improving internal training effectiveness and talent engagement
? Support Company’s regular talent and succession review, design and implement development programs for strengthening key role bench strength
? Create and implement new initiatives for reinforcing company learning program branding to support the building of learning organization culture.
? Participate in other organizational development needs diagnosis, intervention design and implementation

Experience and qualification required:
? Bachelor/ above degree
? 4-6 years’ experience in designing and implementing learning & development programs with focus on sales force capability development
? Have experience of working in regional/ country headquarters and working with multiple sites
