*Identify suitable franchise spots within each of these areas, directly, through government recommendations, real estate agents and any other source.
*Liaise and provide relevant information as required to assess the turnover potential of each of the spots for franchise stores
*Make assessment of total investment budget and check the feasibility of the franchise stores to open
*Support franchisee to negotiate rental prices and total leasing conditions with landlords to drive the opening of franchise Stores
*Work with Legal Department to ensure proper legal documentation is being prepared at all stages of the development process for franchise stores
*To find proper franchisee for stores and set up database for potential franchise candidates
*Always find innovative and creative way for any projects to boom franchise store pipelines.
*Obtain all necessary approvals to the completion of the project.
*Provide leadership and manage effectively a team over 10 people, and maintain good relations with other company departments in conflict situations.close cooperation with Technical manager.
Requirements:
? Tertiary education from a reputable university; MBA will be an added advantage
? Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
? Strong project management and negotiation skills;
? Solid understanding of local Chinese regulations. He/she should also be familiar with the decision making process as well as authorization procedure. The ability to deal effectively with government officials at all levels is a must;
? A personality that is positive, team-oriented and dynamic; and a management style that can work effectively with people at all levels. The ability to “mentor” and “train up” junior team members is crucial;
? The capability to operate independently with minimum supervision;
? Be of unquestionable business and professional integrity, and a strong commitment to quality while being responsive to changing business needs.
