Responsibilities:

1 Supplier Audit: Supplier system audit for new suppliers and exist suppliers, System improvement to reach =S= requirements and annual suppliers audit for critical parts

2 Part/Product supply Qualification: PPEP leading in qualification process + Process audit + Problem solving support for project team

3 Supplier Performance management: manage the supplier quality&service performance + Leading supplier quality improvement project+ ESSR support for logistic

4 Productivity for suppliers: Working with Purchasing and Tooling to find opportunity in suppliers side, to achieve the productivity target by optimization of cycle-time, scrap rate and process improvement

5 Supplier development: training supplier for quality tools deployment (PPEP,MSA,DOE,SPC,8D,FMEA,Quality concept,etc)

Requirements:

BS/MS with major in mechanical/electrical/engineering related background

Be professional on quality tools, SPC, DOE, GR&R, etc + Have experience on taking lead supplier audit&quality improvement + Mechanical or electrical related industry experience is mandatory (Stamping or injection or machining or heat treatment or Printed Circuit Board +Assembly) + Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written in English, willing to travel.
