? Objective 工作目标:
QSC (Quality/Scheduel/Cost)
Ensure shop quality and G-Star’s DNA; well manage the construction, fixture & furniture, on-time opening as well as good cost control; improve the image of the shop to support sales for retail and franchisers.
保证店铺质量及G-Star品牌DNA; 管理零售店铺施工和道具质量及按时开业,良好控制项目成本; 改进店铺形象来支持零售/经销商的销售业绩提升。
? Scope Definition 工作范畴:
Accordance to work flow diagram to manage (new opening, re-deco. & maintenance) projects; positively cooperate with internal functional dept. and external franchiser/vendor/landlord/governmental bureau to fulfill the project.
按照工作流程来管理(新店,整改和维修)项目;同公司内部各职能部门及外部经销商/供应商/大业主/政府机构积极沟通协调配合来推进项目完成。
PM JD
a. Achieve in-depth knowledge related to concept(s)
对品牌概念有较深理解。
a. Accordance to work flow diagram to manage shop (new opening, re-deco. & maintenance) projects.
按照工作流程来管理(新店,整改和维修)项目。
c. Be able to understand and guide local GC/F&F vendor to convert G-Star DNA to practical projects.
理解并指导本土总包/道具供应商将G-Star的品牌DNA转化到实际项目中。
c. Coordinate development of all aspects of information, including but not limited to: preparing preliminary project schedules, negotiating statements of work, and preparing preliminary project initial budget & final accounting, as well as payment application.
收集处理所有项目相关的信息,包括但不限于:准备初步项目时间表,协商工作内容,项目预决算和付款申请。
c. Daily supervisor and evaluation of vendors.
日常监理和评估供应商。
c. Possess the capacity to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions regarding to both managerial and technical phases.
拥有解决问题的能力并提供高效的解决方案包括管理上和技术上的层面。
c. Visit shops to evaluate quality, delivery, cost, product level and come up with reports in file as required.
按要求巡店,评估装修质量,货运,成本,和产品标准并生成巡店报告进行归档。
c. Develop and introduce new break through ideas/ concepts(projects related but not limited) as per China customized best practice.
根据设计理念和实践经验,开发和提出适合中国市场的新的任何有利的想法(项目相关,但不仅限于)。
