职位描述：
工作内容：
1、通过时间研究设定标准时间；
2、维护工厂产能数据库中设备、班次、工艺路线、设备综合效率等数据，每月准备产能报告和产能评审会议；
3、填写客户产能调查表；
4、新项目产能验证；
5、负责工厂布局规划；
6、管理工厂持续改进项目，达成工厂节约目标；
7、组织工厂浪费行走活动，识别浪费，寻找改进机会以提高效率、降低成本；
8、工厂价值流分析；
9、每个季度组织OEA评估；
10、推进工厂5S标准化，新员工的精益生产培训；
11、领导安排的其他事宜。

任职资格：
1、工业工程、机械制造等专业，大专及以上学历；
2、从事生产工艺流程规划、优化工作3年以上经验；
3、熟练应用Auto CAD,MS Office软件；
