职位描述：
（需要化妆品包装容器从业经验丰富）
A NPD MANAGEMENT
1 Involved in Company’s NPD strategies and budget sessions
2 Innovate products based on brand positioning and product mix strategies, in line with market insight to develop feasible NPD plans for sales/margin targets achievement.
3 Take part in decisions making of company’s technical methodology feasibility and related issues
4 Establish NPD department working process and implement SOP and system operation.
B NPD EXECUTION
1 Responsible for new product development and existing product upgrading , ensure product utilitarian attributes meet HQ’ requests punctually with good quality
2 Focus control and quality assurance including development cost and final product cost, ample resources of raw materials and supplier bases are necessary.
3 Develop and complete NPD programs, closely monitor NPD implementation status following critical path , timely troubleshooting and errors correcting
4 Focus in project management system using to ensure data entry and update in time
5 Work closely with cross functional teams for NPD program excecution
C SOURCING
1 Source and develop new suppliers to build extensive supplier base on both specific and regular condition
2 Commercial negotiate on price , terms and delivery
3 Audit supplier based on company audit regulation, generating audit and analysis reports
4 Develop detailed costing formula and basis for all sourcing item to ensure competative sourcing
5 Negotiate payment credit term with new purchase supplier
D DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT
1 Daily working arrangement for NPD department
2 Manage, review and improve working output of NPD department
3 Working training for Juniors
E OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 任职资格要求:
1 Bachelor degree or above
2 8~10 years in NPD management
3 Working for cosmetics industry is a plus
4 Familiar with NPD process and FMCG market trend regarding products and manufacture.
5 Creative, smart working, forward thinking, detail-oriented, self-motivated and responsible.
6 Management experiences in raw material houses and third-party manufacturers with ample resources as well.
7 Fluent in English
