职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ To support China Marketing team on running on-going website projects.
？ Needs to work with offshore technical support team together
？ Main activities will be: requirement clarification, communication management and technical consulting with the client.
？ Work with both the China business team and offshore technical team.
？ Understands business requirements clearly and provides detail solution to offshore technical team.
？ Interact successfully with business owners, project managers and technical teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Competencies: Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

？ Strong communication skills are must.
？ Good problem solving skills are required.
？ Can work under strong pressure.
？ Experience of China BAT (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent) product integration, including SEO, payment and social integration, is preferred.
？ Knowledge of China CDN integration is preferred.
？ Knowledge of Sitecore platform is preferred.
？ Good at business thinking.
？ Experience in Agile/Scrum development.


2) Experience:
? At least 7 years of working experience in website projects, as support or project management roles.
? At least 4 years experience in software development including implementation, testing and support



3) Minimum educational level:
? MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
