Training and Education Industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
· Ownership and implementation of the plans, strategies and budgets for the core markets identified and surrounding territories to meet KPIs.
· Work with local higher education establishments and key employers to develop and influence their strategies thereby driving student recruitment.
· Support and drive the initiatives to fasten the progression of students to PROGRAM/PROJECT membership.
· To provide support for students in their progression through the examination process and provide career guidance for students and networking opportunities.
· Develop brand awareness in the core markets identified.
· Identify and execute revenue generating opportunities through selling PROGRAM/PROJECT’s products and services.
· Maintain and develop senior contacts amongst targeted employers education providers and professional bodies to promote PROGRAM/PROJECT in core markets
· To work in partnership across PROGRAM/PROJECT to achieve regional and global KPIs
· Any other relevant responsibilities as required
· Liaise with internal and external contacts as required

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
· Develop accessibility to the PROGRAM/PROJECT qualification, across the core markets through quality tuition provision, exam centres and employer support.
· Support local tuition providers in the recruitment of students and delivery of high quality PROGRAM/PROJECT tuition to lead to required exam pass rates.
· Implement business development strategy in line with the Global Corporate relations plan.
· Ensure the correct resources are in place to grow student recruitment and maximise long term membership growth.
· Efficient management and use of resources to meet PROGRAM/PROJECT’s financial challenges.
· Align resources and deploy measures that ensure students and members find PROGRAM/PROJECT even more welcoming.
· Manage the provision of services to PROGRAM/PROJECT students and members.
· Provide inspirational and powerful leadership to the local branch and BDM team
· Ensure that direct reports and their teams have the desired level of skills, knowledge and attributes to achieve PROGRAM/PROJECT’s KPIs, targets and strategic objectives.
· Address any performance issues so that achievement of challenging objectives is not compromised
· Ensure all communications and promotions are on brand.
· Liaise with the oversea and China Communication teams to deliver local PR.
· Direct activity and manage operations in line with PROGRAM/PROJECT strategy.
· Financial and regulatory management of the Beijing office and staff.
· Provide regular briefings and reports to senior management as required.
Other relevant projects or tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
· Experience in management, marketing or business development role, preferably within education/training sector, professional or membership body.
· Proven examples of building relationships with senior level management.
· Past experience of developing business and contacts regionally.
· Minimum graduate level qualification in accounting, commerce, management or business related subject from a recognised university or relevant professional qualification.
