Tasks and duties:
- Be a member of our teams working on challenging continuous improvements and global projects
- Organization and coordination technology transfers to our partners
- Monitor and coordinate production at contract manufacturers
- Take part in preparing technological-technical and validation documentation;
- Take part in solving technological issues, introduce new technologies and new technological procedures;
- Take part in planning and monitoring over production activities;
- Take part in audits, and cooperate in the implementation and introduction of corrective actions after the audits;
- Control over performing production per our technology procedures
- Preparing different reports and data analysis
- Sourcing and auditing potential new partners
Required Qualifications:
- Master degree, above 5 years experience in production in pharma or chemistry (Pharmaceutical industry, adequate kownledge about GMP is prefered).
- High ability to solve problems and to structure and simplify complex tasks Result-oriented, motivated and proactive personality
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Strong personal computer skills required; experience with windows environment, Microsoft WORD and Excel preferred.
