Our client is a multi national company. The candidate needs good IT skill and good english communication skill. Work Location: Shanghai CBD.

Accountabilities and responsibilities
· Resolve all the IT issues for the Regional staff based in North Asia ?
· Administration of data network, servers, pcs and VPN ?
· Purchase hardware and software based on the requirement and also with the management ?approval
· Provide IT support and install software on client pcs according to the Association IT policy ?
· Involve in Projects within the region and provide necessary information to management when ?required ?
· Maintain hardware inventory and execute contract agreements leasing with management ?
· Need to have a good understanding on IT policies and also the ability to highlight to staff ?accordingly ?
· Support all the staff to have a virus free environment in their devices ?
· Support other departments to run their business smoothly by involving in local activities ?
· Search for best solutions for the regions in terms of IT and communication Infrastructure ?changes ?
· Travel to Regional offices when there is a requirement ?
· Staff training on processes and applications ?
· Ensure high customer satisfaction level within the region ?
· Ensure good relationship with stakeholders ?
· Ensure that most appropriate technology meets it’s business needs, recommending new ?software and hardware solutions where these will improve performance of organization systems ?
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks. ?
· Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. ?

· Critical thinking, assessing business problems and developing action plans ?
· Strong interpersonal skills / ability to build relationships ?
· Good understanding on technical requirements based on the organizational requirement as ?well as local government policies ?
· Confident and capable individual who can provide guidance to the management ?
· Ability to provide excellent service and support for the business ?
· Good analytical skills with a willingness to take ownership of problems ?
· Strong technical skills in PC / LAN environment, MS Windows platform ?
· ustomer service and Communication skills ?
 
Qualifications and experience ?
· Good technical working knowledge with at least 3 years PC/LAN support experience in a MS Windows 8 / 10, Windows server 2008/2012, MS Office, MS Exchange environment. ?
· Ability to work on own initiative and within a team ?
· At least a recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology ?
· MCSE or equivalent Windows 2008 / 2012 ?
· Qualification in or be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Mail server, OS, in ?particular admin, security and backup methodologies ?
· Qualification in or be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory, in ?particular admin, security and backup methodologies
