Job Description for Required Position需求岗位的工作职责：

1.Weekly Issue PO to supplier with correct price and quantity

 每周按时下单给供应商，确保价格和数量准确

2.Maintain the correct price in Baan system according to the latest copper/steel price and RMB rate

 确保系统价格的准确.

3.Monitor supplier’s delivery performance closely, make sure supplier can reach 95% OTD

 紧跟供应商的交货表现,确保准时交付率达到95%以上

4.Handle with urgent case

 处理紧急事宜

5.Optimize the stock level to meet inventory target

 优化库存水平满足库存要求

6.Baan system analysis, such as MOQ, SS,LT etc

 Baan系统分析

7.Reschedule in or out PO per request

 处理订单加速以及推迟

8.Ensure clear communication with internal and external

 确保保持与内部同事和外部供应商的清晰沟通

9.Provide invoice, packing list, BOL to Finance department in time

 及时***，装箱单和提单给财务部门

10.Handle NC with SQE team

 与质量部门协同处理质量事宜

11.Finish all report timely

 及时完成各种报告

Qualifications & Requirements需求岗位的任职资格和基本要求：

1. College degree or above大专以上学历

2. At least 1 year related experience, prefer in automotive industry

  1年以上工作经验，汽车行业优先。

3. 熟悉汽车行业采购流程熟悉ERP 系统

4.CET - 4 and above. Fluent English in oral and writing

  大学英语4级以上，有良好的英语口头及写作能力

5. Good PC skills including Windows, Excel, Outlook

  熟练操作办公软件，如Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, , etc

6. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility

 积极主动，责任心强

7. Ability to initiate communication and action and to resolve issues both internally and externally

  主动与人沟通并执行，以解决内外问题

8. Ability to challenge current business practices and offer solutions

 挑战目前的实践并提供解决方法

9. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and systems

 学习并适应新的流程和系统
