职位描述：

Reports to: Principal, Learning Support Services Coordinator (LSSC)

Role: To successfully provide support to students identified as needing additional one-on-one support in accordance with their Individualized Support Plan (ISP) 依据个性支持计划，成功地为需要一对一帮助的学生提供支持

Responsibilities:

· Actively support the school’s mission, vision, and values, and curriculum

积极支持学校使命，愿景，价值观和课程

· Help students stay focused, build independence, and work on individual goals and objectives

帮助学生集中注意力，培养独立性，并为个人的目标而努力

· Collect data about student’s academic, social, and behavioral performance

收集学生学术，社会性发展和行为表现方面的数据

· Meet regularly with the Classroom Teacher and LSS Coordinator to monitor student’s areas of success and need

与班主任和学习支持协调员进行例行会议，探讨学生各领域的所取得的成果和需求

· Work with the student during the hours of 8:00am-3:00pm, not overlapping into before or after school programs

与学生的工作时间是早上8点到下午3点，不参与课前或课后活动

· Enforce the individualized Learning Support Services Plan for each student, and attend student meetings that include parents

落实个性化学习支持计划，参加家长会

· Ensure that the classroom environment is conducive to learning

确保教室环境有利于学生学习

· Individualize the content when necessary to meet each student's learning needs

制定个性化的教学内容以满足每个学生的学习需要

· Maintain the highest and most appropriate learning expectations of all students at all times

在任何时间，确保所有学生最高的，最恰当的学习期望

· Continuously monitor student learning and make appropriate modifications of goals and strategies to meet students' needs

持续检测学生的学习，并对目标和策略做出适合的调整以满足学生的需求

· Work collaboratively with staff members in curriculum implementation

与参与课程实施的教职员工进行协作

· Participate in HQIS school-related activities

参加学校的各项活动

· Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with teachers, students, and parents

与教师，学生和家长建立并保持合作关系

· Represent the school in a positive and professional manner

以积极和专业的方式代表学校

· Follow policies outlined in HQIS handbooks

Qualifications:

Knowledge

• Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum and the needs of students

具有课程和学生需求的专业知识

• Demonstrated successful teaching experience at the age level and subject to be taught is preferred

具有成功的教学经验和单科教学经验者优先考虑

• Demonstrated evidence of classroom management skills

具有班级管理的技巧

Experience

• At least two years teaching experience in early childhood or elementary school programs

具有至少两年幼儿或小学教学经验

• PYP teaching experience preferred

具有PYP教学经验者优先考虑

Education/Certification

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Education

教育学本科或硕士学位

• Teaching certification from an accredited institution

Welcome to HQIS

HQIS first opened its doors as an international school in 1997 in the Shanghai Zoo with just 2 classes and 18 students.

Since then, the student population has increased and the physical facilities have expanded such that HQIS-RBIS has been at a full capacity of 400 students since 2010.
Today, HQIS is now celebrating its move to a new purpose-built campus in the Gubei are of shanghai with more plans for growth.

HQIS continues to evolve. For almost two decades, the early childhood program has been a hallmark of international education for students in the city. HQIS will graduate its first high school class in the year 2020.
