Purpose Why this position?
Within the framework of the BU strategy and the guarantee of the customer promise, this generalist products and services of his zone is responsible for the valorization and putting under control of the product and the services. He steers the action of the experts of his area.
Depending on the areas, it manages the representation of Club Méditerranée among the local authorities, both political and economic.
Responsibilities What is he responsible for?
? Control the application of the product and services to guarantee the customer promise
? Coordinate the actions to develop the local sales
? Manage the quality tools to optimize the customer satisfaction
? Manage the experts of his area

Missions
To obtain this position, what should be done?
1. What are the main mission domains

Product and services deployment and management
? Is responsible of the product and services application control for the resorts of his area (application and update Mozaïk)
? Implement, manage and control the products/resort product and services. Optimize the product and services organization (materials, flow management …) - Analyze the existing (passing ratio) with respect to the product reference.
? Realize the deployment and accompanies the implementation of the evolutions and new product and services in resort, based on the work of the BU product and services managers – Check the implementation of the services – follow the action recommendations.
? Realize a product and services reporting (test results, REX, …)
? Is a force to propose to the BU any improvement/innovation of the identified product and services
Quality
? Ensure the relay between the nomadic teams of the resorts from one season to another on the key points of the products and services
? Follow the quality indicators for the resorts of his area and ensure the implementation of the anticipatory and corrective action plans, optimizing the quality of the quality of the products and services:
? Verification of the conformity of the product and services normes ans standards
? Respect the quali signs and customer satisfaction
Budget
? Co-built with the director of operations and the deputy technical director the investment budgets
? Must propose/alert/orient the operational expenditures according to a cost-quality equation
? Ensure the follow-up by the country’s purchasing department, the product and services contracts related to the resorts
HR / Management
? Coordinate at the time of the assignments with the HRD of his area to ensure that the appropriate between the level of expected product and services and the resources to be put in place
? Collaborate/co-build the training plan with the HRD of his area and participate to the local training actions
? Identify and pilot the experts network at its perimeter (from identification to report)
? Manage hierarchically the area experts of its perimeter and animate the resort experts of his area (road map, planning, mission evaluations…)
? Depending on the area, he can manage and animate certain support functions (shops, excursions, nautical, finance, HR…) or ven manage the country office in which he is located on behalf of the area director of operations.
Development
? Is a main player for the resort renovations/constructions as part of the process
? Local representation (according to the specificities of the operational areas to take into account the geopolitical and economic context): develop a partner network: local authorities, opinion leaders, media and promote the economic and strategic interests of Club Méditerranée to some economic, political and administrative institutions.
Local sales
? In the absence of the local sales development manager: he ensures the management of the local sales animation.
Coordination
? Manage the relations with BU product and services managers
? Is in contact with the BU technical referent
? Is hierarchically attached to the director of operations of his area
? Is functionally attached to the BU product and services director
? He is functionally reported by the RHO, RLO, 5T managers or F&B manager, reception and services
? Participate to some transversal projects/missions (local representation, office management, development…)
? Supervise the perimeter of his counterpart in case of need
