职位描述：
-User of ERP and UFITA system
-Review and approve staff reimbursement
-Lead supplier’s payment checking: monthly payment checking with retailers and Ensure A&P and A&R on track; payment checking with distributor when needed; follow total payment progress to speed up supporting document and invoice collection; follow up with action plan for issues and problem in budget management
- monthly inventory
- checking suppliers statements
- weekly / monthly AR/AP
-Speed up retailers’ payment days
-key account A&P control management system: quarterly budgeting, weekly / monthly planning and review process;
-Prepare monthly management report & statutory report;
-Completed monthly closing on time
-Liaison with tax bureau /bank /and the other GOV. agencies;
-monthly Yearly audit and Budget & P&L 举报 分享
