Responsibility：
1. Flock out inspection report, customer meeting & repair action plan. 完成检查报告，客户会议，制定维修计划
2. Structure repair arrangement, schedule协调安排维修方案，计划
3 .Equipment repair, manpower coordinator, schedule arrangement设备维修，人员协调，时间安排
4 .Repair progress report & site inspection维修进度跟踪及现场检查
5. Repair analysis, recommendation, customer feedback Report 故障原因分析，更换设备，客户反馈
6. Spare parts inventory management 备件库存管理
7. Internal project handover inspection & acceptance完成项目递交前的检查
8. Damaged parts return, replenishment 故障设备退回及供应
9. Spare parts usage charge back备件更换费用支付
10. Staff training & development 员工管理，培训与发展

Requirements:
1. At least 10 years working experience with minimum 5 years Equipment Service management experience responsible for multi projects. 十年以上工作经验，至少五年现场设备售后服务经验
2. TurboMachinery Degree or Mechanical Engineer Degree 电气机械专业毕业
3. Able to travel in most part of China and stay on site whenever needed 适应长期在全国不同地区工作
4. Hard work, good communication, team player, strong leadership and analytical skill.有较强的问题分析及独立解决的能力，能吃苦耐劳，有较强的协调沟通能力及团队精神
5. Good oral and written English skill 能熟练运用英语进行沟通，写作
