1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）
This position is expected to perform preclinical formulation support for in vivo studies during drug discovery stage. The position also contributes to the formulation development for NCE’s for tox.

2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
(Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能）

Candidate should have a MS degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical science or other relevant areas. The candidate should have good understanding in pharmaceutical discovery and development. Hands on experience in preclinical formulation R&D at early stage and drug production development will be preferred. It is highly desirable that the candidate has 1+ years working experience in formulation/preformulation department in pharmaceutical/biotech companies. Candidate with working experience in parenteral formulation will be given additional consideration.

The candidates should be self-motivated, having teamwork spirit, take-charge attitude, with good computer and presentation skills. The candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese in daily experimental condition.
