Department: CMC section: Analytical

Description:
· Develop purification methods for small molecules by using PrepLC and purification system etc. The daily work is to support the compound purification through the advanced purification technology.
· Operate the PrepLC or purification system such as Waters AutoP purification system, or Gilson Prep HPLC or Shimazu Prep HPLC or Supercritical Fluid Chromatogram (SFC). Maintain the equipment in well condition and be able to do general troubleshooting.
· Manage purification related consumables, spare parts and solvents etc.
· Manage the purification samples, and keep the samples in well tracked.
· Communicates effectively with sponsors from different disciplines, as well as within analytical team.
· Present and interpret the purification results and analytical data internally and/or externally.

Qualification:
· A Master degree in analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical science with one year or above of compound purification experiences.
· HPLC experience is a must.
· Proactive and with passion in team work.
· Good communication skills.
· Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
