Roche Glycart AG, a Swiss biotechnology company owned by Roche, is focused on antibody engineering to generate new, more efficacious drug candidates. To further strengthen our organization, an antibody research group has been set up in 2007 in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Science Park, Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for day-to-day laboratory service, including plasmid preparation, sequencing, culture media and reagent preparation, protein expression and purification, ELISA etc.
2. Involved in overall laboratory management, including equipment maintenance, lab safety checking, data back-up, material and reagent order etc.
3. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. MSc or BSc with 3 years working experience in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or other related discipline;
2. Familiar with molecular biological techniques such as plasmid preparation, PCR, protein purification, ELISA, SDS-PAGE detection, etc;
3. Good communication skills, capable working in a bilingual environment (English and Chinese), strong team spirit; proactive, careful and responsible;
4. Familiar with the MS office software
