职位描述：
1、根据公司战略和本中心计划及目标，制定本部门年度工作计划及目标；
2、制定人力资源的组织、人事、招聘、员工发展、薪酬福利、绩效管理模块相关的管理制度及标准，并定期进行评估、修订和完善；
3、根据公司战略及需求，制订各类招聘方案，实施招聘，并对招聘渠道及招聘过程进行把控；
4、组织公司薪酬管理工作，编制公司年度薪酬计划及薪资调整方案，审核公司员工每月的工资；
5、负责组织公司员工的绩效考核，并对考核结果做出评价；
6、负责制定公司员工的培训和发展计划，组织安排对员工的培训；
7、负责建立公司内部的沟通机制，及时了解员工的思想动态；受理员工投诉或劳动争议，并组织相关部门妥善及时解决；
8、负责指导属下员工制定阶段工作计划，对人事队伍建设，选拔、配备、培训、评价本部门人员；
