职位描述：
？ Planning
o Identify and priorities policies and processes for development
o Agree on responsibility and accountability for development
o Agree on time lines

？ Management
o Deeply understand business, review existing policies and processes across Food BU, identify risks and make recommendations for improvement
o Seek feedback from key stakeholders on current processes and policies
o Partnering with business functions to build strong understanding and knowledge of operations and provide recommendation on operational enhancements or efficiencies
o Gain agreement on key principles with stake holders
o Develop/enhance policies and processes
o Provide training for new and existing policies and processes
o Manage timetable for development of processes and policies
o Support for initiative owners where relevant
o Ensure that all policies have clearly defined guidelines
o Support BPC director on project basis
