1. Provide business operation and management expertise in enterprise software functional design process, such as ERP.
2. Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications.
3. Work closely with software development team and our clients in requirement analysis, process flow design, process modeling, and other sales/procurement related functionalities.
4. Be able to gather and clarify business qualifications and formulate business scenarios.
5. Author detailed functional specifications describing client needs and program functions requirement aimed at solving client's issues.
6. Perform testing as a quality check point during the build phase of the Proof of Concept to ensure business requirement, functionalities and data quality Qualifications have been addressed in the solution.
7. Expertise in scheduling, forecasting or planning is preferred.

1. Master or Bachelor Degree concentrated in Operation Management, Logistics Management, Procurement process or other quantitatively oriented areas.
2. Minimum of 3 years of working or research experience in the area mentioned above.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Good English communication skills including oral, reading and writing.
6. Experience of user interface design is preferred.
