Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1.Provides supervision and guidance to the assigned project staff to achieve goals.
2.Responsible for the scope and schedule of assigned project to achieve customer satisfaction, on-time quality deliveries, maintain or improve margins.
3.Ensures timely delivery and fulfillment of obligations, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies and ensuring that all changes to scope are subject to rigorous change control.
4.Ensures design decisions are made for functions which are in keeping with the overall project related system design for a successful system integration, delivery and customer acceptance.
5.Analyze and understand requirements.
6.Participate in the development of UML design models.
7.Participate in the documentation of software design documents.
8.Participate in the development of those designs.
9.Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.


Educational Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.


Experience
1.Requires three (3) years experience in technical/project management role with responsibilities including: managing comparable size projects, defining scope, scheduling, quality, and risk management.
2.Experience creating detailed project plans and schedules from specification documents.
3.Requires seven (7) years software design or development experience in applicable language and/or database, especially on web service
4.Strong experience on object oriented design
5.Excellent Java programming skills and knowledge of Java Platform
6.Experience and strong understanding of the JEE Platform to include JPA & Application Servers
7.Experience with Relational Databases
8.Experience with Web Services, SOAP & XML
9.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures.Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff and customers.
