Position: National Sales Manager - China

Location - Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead team of sales managers, sales engineers to engage in sales development activities.

- Lead team and personally develop relationship with key accounts, maximize market share in key accounts.

- Responsible for annual sales target in China.

- Responsible for the sales expense budgeting and control.

- Builds and maintains good relationships with existing customers focusing on long-term development.

- Seek for and track project information, keep in touch with cooperated Customers.

- Overall responsible for local distribution management and development to achieve significant growth of sales revenue.

- Work closely with marketing and other teams to make certain company products are well positioned to be leading the market.

- Lead the effort on customer service, after sales services for customer projects.

- Responsible for collecting competition related information through day to day sales activities.

- Work closely with counterparts in other countries/regions to support regional/global customers.

Requirements:

- Deep understanding of technical sales and experience is mandatory

- 10+ years on sales related position in China.

- 5 years minimum on a country sales management position.

- Management experience with leading a team of sales professionals and high performing. Experience with the role at multinational company preferred.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.

- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales and revenue growth results.

- Experience with electronics assembly materials related products preferred.

- Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.Cantonese speaking preferred.
