RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Implementation of audits based upon the superiors requests
2.Blocking/stopping of parts
3.Leads quality discussions with customers and suppliers
4.Preparation of audits done by the customer for projects
5.Consultation and guidance of team members with regards to quality related topics and choice of methods
6.Implementation of internal and external training with regards to quality related topics
7.Support K1 and K2 Projects by defining and follow up of quality requirements and generating PPAP documents.
EXPERIENCES NEEDED:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and related major;
At least 3 years online quality management experience;
Be familiar with casting, welding or processing process;
Be familiar with 5 core tools;
Get real experience with usage of FMEA, CP, SPC & MSA;
Fluent english speaking skills.
