Requirments：

1． 3+ years quality engineer experience in automobile industry of metal parts

2． Working experience in powder metal industry is strong recommended

3． Good ability of process failure analyze

4． Engineering thinking for error proof idea

5． Good understanding of TS16949

6． Knowledge of Mini-Tab or similar quality software

7． Good quality trainer

8. Strong willing to learn

9. Good coordinator and leader in quality circle

10. Working under pressure，ability of independent working

11. good communication with both in English and Chinese.

Main Responsibility

1. Investigate internal process failure and track effect of CAR -- 5%

2. Confirm incoming / outgoing inspection report -- 5%

3. Compose appearance performance inspection standard -- 5%

4. Train appearance performance inspector and advise their work performance – 10%

5. Regular workshop audit according to working standard and control plan -- 5%

6. Daily process control data confirm and report to quality supervisor -- 10%

7. Train IPQC and I/O QC according to control plan -- 10%

8. Monitor, advise and evaluate the working performance of IPQC and I/O QC -- 10%

9. Assist engineering department for APQP process -- 5%

10. Handle customer complaint and track product quality in process after internal corrective action executed -- 5%

11. Negotiation with Customer for quality problems -- 10%

12. Statistical analysis of responsible product for scrap rate lead relevant continuous improvement -- 10%

13. Other request from quality supervisor --5%
