1. Order fulfillment & follow up on domestic delivery within China mainland (share with other team member by different sales area);
2. Coordinate with other team member for sample delivery together with normal shipments within China mainland;
3. Check & reply customers’ enquiry of stock availability, goods delivery status, and other required information;
4. Other issues related to Customer Service;
5. As a backup for other team member.
Required Education Qualifications:
College degree CET 6
Required Working Experience:1-2 Years
Customer service role related
Logistics role related
SAP experience
EXCEL & WORD skill
Good written English
Good Japanese is preferred
