Job Description：
- Support project tenders on day-to-day inquiries
- Work with supply chain and ITO department for quotation within company’s scope of supply, pricing and delivery from various suppliers
- To handle all customers’ Purchase Orders and send acknowledgements to customers upon entry of sales orders in internal system
- In charge of the overall co-ordination between the customer and the operations for every delivery, Monitor sales orders on internal system on a daily basis and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and expedite if necessary
- Fully engage all customers’ issues and requirements
- Update customers on delivery schedules promptly on a regular basis
- To prepare and expedite drawing submissions for projects that requires prior approval before fabrication
- Make necessary entries in internal system for all customer returns
- Visit or phone customers regularly, grow relationships with key customer personnel, develop target customer service levels, retain and develop existing customers’ business.
- AR collection
- Other tasks assigned by reporting manager

Position Requirements：
- Bachelor degree and above. Mechanical related major
- More than 2 years operation experience in sales admin/ indoor sales background.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a high degree of self-confidence, passion, initiative, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
- Ability to drive results without a great deal of direct supervision. 举报 分享
