Responsibilities:

• Develop account penetrations plan along with the local Regional Sales Manager and the Technical Marketing group from factory
• Execute on design win goals at target customer by partnering with Regional Sales Managers and FAEs
• Provide system architects, systems engineers, sr. engineers and program leads with detailed systems solutions proposals.
• Assist in the training of distributor Field Application Engineers (FAEs).
• Provide field technical support, responding to customers' technical questions relative to products.
• Make custom sales presentations and provide creative, thorough and practical problem resolution.
• Act as an expert in hardware, software and ISP technology with a thorough understanding of board and device challenges.
• Effectively position products against the competition.
• Coordinate local marketing campaigns and conduct technical training of distributor personnel Motivate and drive sales reps and distributor FAEs.
• Generate application notes, technical articles, and technical presentations.
• Create customer templates, reference designs, and solutions in the field of board power management and control plane applications

Qualifications:

• BS/MS/PhD Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in applications engineering or system design.
• Extensive knowledge on circuit board power management (Sequencing, Hot-swap, Monitoring, margining, etc.) and control plane functions
• Ability to read & analyze circuit board schematics
• Working knowledge of Verilog or VHDL and hardware debugging experience
• Good understanding of telecom/datacom industrial systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and the ability to work with multiple groups
• Must be detail oriented with strong customer service skills
• Board design experience in MNC, Huawei or ZTE is preferred
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time
• Should be able to communicate in English with the American counterparts
• Experience in implementing designs using Lattice PAC-Designer software tool is a Plus
• Experience in implementing Designs using Lattice Diamond design tool is a Plus
