ACTIVITIES 岗位职责
-Work closely with worldwide salesperson or commercial assistants (or even customer if necessary) to process & follow up the sales order, back to back order and sample orders in both ERP system and proper paper work. 与各地的销售人员或商务助理（必要时甚至客户）紧密联系以及时处理和跟进销售等订单，输入系统并正确完成文件。
-Work closely with internal team on the availability of finished product and quota of handbook for exports. 就供货情况和出口手册配额等与内部团队密切配合。
-Work closely with 3PLs or customs broker and Arkema Global Logistics Team for the booking, customs declaration and shipping. 就订舱、报关和运输等与第三方物流或报关行和阿科玛全球物流团队紧密联络。
-Provide prompt feedbacks to sales team (and customer) about the goods’ ETD and ETA. 及时向销售团队（及客户）提供出货和到货等信息。
-Solve problem or take the lead to solve problem or response to customer claims at the stages of order processing & international transportation. 解决或组织解决或回应订单处理以及国内外货物运输过程中碰到的问题或投诉。
-If necessary, prepare and submit documents for customs clearance and/or other governmental registering / application base on the request of multiple trade model of the company in the field of E & I
必要时、根据公司在进出口方面多种贸易方式的需要、准备并提交文件单据给海关和（或）其他政府机关部门用于登记或申请备案。
-Take care of the payment application for bills from 3PLs. 就第三方物流的账单安排付款申请。
-Without delaying the shipment, try to achieve a better price and term from 3PLs or global shipping contract; Review & update the service contracts periodically. 在不延误交期的情况下，尽力从第三方物流或阿科玛全球约价中取得更好的服务价格及条款；定期回顾并更新相关服务合同。
-Run reports periodically for order fulfillment, logistics cost analysis and statistics. 定期提交订单、物流成本分析和统计报告。
-Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management 其他由管理层分配的工作任务。

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 任职条件
?College educational background or above, major in logistics is preferred 大专或以上学历，物流专业优先
?2 years work experience in field of import and export 2年进出口方面的工作经验
?Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and written 流利的中英文口语和书面表达
?Good communication skill and team work spirit 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
? Be responsible, well-organized, proactive and precise责任心强，做事有条理，积极主动，认真细致
