ACTIVITIES 岗位职责
1. Maintain and improve HSE management system to achieve production goal safely;
维护并改进公司的安全管理体系以安全地完成生产目标 。

2. Organize and conduct PGI and related inspection to make sure the plant running under safety condition.
组织并实施拟定的全面检查及相关检查,确保工厂在安全环境下运行.

3. Organize safety meeting 、safety talk and related HSE communication, etc, to build up good company safety culture. 组织安全会议、安全谈话及相关HSE宣传，建立良好的公司HSE文化。

4. Liaise with certified party and relevant government offices regarding QHSE management and make sure the compliance with QHSE rules and regulations.与政府部门及相关资质机构就质量、卫生、安全及环境管理方面保持联络，确保公司符合国家相关政策和规定。

5. Organize HSE activities according to requirement from HSE department of ARKEMA Greater China.
按照阿科玛大中国安全部的要求展开相应的安全、卫生及环境的活动。

6. Prepare and issue related HSE report timely.
及时准备且发布相关HSE报告。

7. In charge of establishment, maintenance and update ISO system and documents to ensure the compliance; Organize internal audit and follow-up the C/P action to pass the external audit. 负责建立，维护和更新ISO体系和文件，确保合规性；组织内部审计及跟踪纠正预防措施以通过外部审核。

8. Set up the Quality Procedure and SOP. 建立质量程序和标准操作程序。

9. Participate or assist to conduct production program improvement： Quality, Capacity, Safety, Technical.
参与或协助完成对生产计划的改进：提高质量,产量,改善安全和改进技术。

10. Responsible for quality control of product to quality objective , make analysis for customer claim and related C/P action to prevent same claim happen again ; 负责产品质量控制，达到质量目标，分析发生的投诉并制定纠正预防措施，确保不再发生相似的投诉。

11. Study and improve process and technical. 研究和改进工艺、技术。

12. Study and review daily production, process data, issue technical report.
研究和检查日常生产数据和工艺数据并撰写技术报告。

13. Set up and implement industrial trials in cooperation with production. 与生产部配合确立并实施生产试验。

14. Any other related job not described above but necessary to do; 其他相关的没有在上述描述范围但需要完成的工作。

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 任职条件
1. Bachelor degree, major in Chemical or QA/QC, good command of English and computer ;
学士学位，化工或质量专业，良好的英语和计算机水平 ;

2. 3 years relevant work experience, chemical industry and ISO management preferred.3年相关工作经验，有化工厂和ISO管理工作经验优先

3. Open-minded, self-disciplined, can work under pressure. 开阔的视野和极强的自律性，能够承受工作压力

4. Good communication skill to take lead and cooperate with different departments. 良好的沟通能力,能领导和协同其他部门开展工作。

5. Proactive, good at problem hunting and trouble shooting;
工作积极主动，善于发现和解决问题；
