Description
? Reports to country GM of FNET China, locates in Shen Zhen or Guangzhou
? As a manage of the business and sales force in South China

Qualifications
? 15+-20 years of sales management, business development, sales / marketing experience in high technology, networking equipment industry.
? The successful candidate must have had senior sales leadership responsibility. Successful track record of managing sales force and achieving sales objectives and in leading a regional sales force. Demonstrated success and ability to drive growth in multiple selling channels.
? Has related experience of building up indirect channel management with local distributors and system integrator. Good knowledge in channel management.
? Demonstrable record of leadership. He/she must be a well rounded business person who is highly commercial in outlook; mature and with the flexibility of style that he/she can work through influence and coaching when appropriate but also be willing and able to take a much more direct approach when circumstances required.
? Exceptional experience in building, managing and leading a team promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, global counterparts and clients.
? Fairly good in both written and spoken English, fluent in written and spoken in Mandarin.
? An undergraduate degree preferably in engineering or equivalent business degree;
