职位描述：
主要活动（1）Activities
1. Responsible for the daily management of the workshop to deal with the daily maintain of the various problems.
2. Regular check tools and spare parts for storage. Follow upon the abnormal cost in Consumables
3. Organize and estimate the quantity and specifications of the project consumables, organize the report and purchasing work
4. According to the project plan to arrange plant, tools and spare parts. Make Maximum prepare to capacity with the implementation of the project
5. Responsible for the supervision and management of the plant machinery and equipment, instruments, equipment and a variety of production equipment use, maintenance, maintenance and repair work.
6. Regular organization of security risks and health checks, the implementation of nonconforming items of corrective measures, and follow the rectification results.
7. Take the lead in the implementation and publicity, and guide the workshop staff to implement the board of the rules and regulations.
8. To help deal with other problems in the factory, major issues should be reported to the higher authorities, and follow the instructions.
9. To complete the other tasks assigned by the higher level such as machine assembly and control wiring.
10. Keep workshop clean and standardized.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
？ Familiar to engineering, manufacturing, erection & commissioning process.
？ Strong experiences in project management process or at least had ever be the key member in the big project, good sense about cost, schedule, technical requirement, quality and customers satisfaction.
？ Practical experience in using office tools like Microsoft project, excel, word, etc. SAP experience is a plus.
？ At least 5 years experiences in industry filed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must
？ 5 or more years work experience in workshop management. Familiar with standardized factory specifications
？ Forklift license
？ Drive license
？ Electrician certificate
？ Education college or above
Better
？ Work experience in international companies.
？ English skill in reading and writing is better.
