Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for PPAP build and submission to customer
• Lead problem solving at PPAP stage
• Work with SDE, responsible for components functional build approval
• Lead MSA, Capability study for product development
• As FMEAs and Control plan team member, work for FMEAs development and Control Plan preparation
• Prepare PQIP according to PFMEA and Control Plan
• Responsible for boundary sample and master sample build
• Work with customer to define inspection method and receive criterion
• Review production status of online daily
• Provide quick response and problem analysis to manufacturing accident
• Determine to stop line to prevent non-conforming product from production.
• Deal with suspect components in production line
• Lead disposition of non-conforming material 100% response customer and internal complaint and submit problem solving report to customer on time
• Support Customer Audit
• Focus on process top quality issues and Implement Problem solving for these top issues to improve FYP and COQ
• Work as Six sigma team member to implement six sigma actions
• Provide quality knowledge support to improve processes
• Follow company TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 procedure and support Quality system Audit
• To manage on-line QC inspector
• Implement Product Quality and Quality tool training to operator level
• Special projects as requested

Position Requirements:

• Engineering Bachelor Degree above
• 5~7 years working experience in quality area. At least 3 years Automotive industrial quality working experience
• Familiar with TS16949 and relative tools. Familiar with 8D or relative problem solving skill
• Have electronic product assembly and/or SMT experience
• Have customer on-site service experience
• Have gauge or testing fixture design experience will be preferred
• Good English Skill
