Job Responsibilities:

• Directs sampling inspection, and testing of received parts, components and materials to determine conformance to standards.
• Issue IRR if parts with quality issue, meanwhile, SCAR will be accompanying with the IRR be released to supplier accordingly.
• Guidance out-going inspection, and inform related person when problems are found.
• Conducts random on-site survey to supplier, review their control plan and measurement method.
• Monitor subcontractors' process control and non-material processing.
• Determine adequacy and capability of quality control and ability to comply with complete quality specification.
• Ask supplier provide the weekly production reports; tooling maintenance records and quality records, and file the documents accordingly.
• Reviews quality problems with engineering personnel and directs action required to correct defects.
• Make monthly assessment for all suppliers regularly, and send letter to supplier to attention.
• Develop our current supplier to strictly follow the TS16494/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 procedure for all new projects.
• Special projects are requested.
• Early involvement in the new suppliers sourcing and qualification

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Good Chinese and English communication skills, both written and oral.
• 3 years experience in Quality control or Quality Assurance.
• Experience with SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP and other quality tools to solve quality issues.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated.
• Good PC skills.
• Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001.
