职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Windows server administration and support;
服务器管理和支持；
2. Network/Firewall/VPN maintenance and support;
网络/防火墙/ VPN维护和支持；
3. IT security (inclusive of hardware, software, network and users access);
IT安全（包括硬件、软件、网络和用户访问）；
4. PC/POS system support (office and retail outlets);
电脑/ POS系统支持（办公室和零售门店）；
5. Hardware/software purchase and license compliance;
硬件/软件采购和许可证认证；
6. Documentation and IT asset maintenance;
文档和IT资产维护；
7. Coordinate with HQ IT to implement projects and improvement initiatives.
与总部协调实施项目和改进措施。


Requirements:

1. Degree in computer science with 3 years or more working experience;
计算机科学相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
2. Required to have in depth knowledge of windows servers/network/firewall;
深入了解Windows服务器/网络/防火墙；
3. Good experience in windows/email servers administration, maintenance, technical support;
拥有丰富的Windows /电子邮件服务器管理，维护，技术支持经验
4. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network connectively issues;
有配置和排除网络连接问题故障的经验
5. Good communications and problem solving skill;
良好的沟通及解决问题能力；
6. Team player and be independent in executing work-related jobs.
