此职位为行政主管职位，办公地点在前台。

岗位职责;
1.参与制定公司行政管理制度、完善和细化办公管理体系和业务流程；
2.根据公司实际状况，有重点的制定本部门整体行政工作计划。
3.执行公司年度行政计划，控制行政费用
4.负责公司固定资产、材料物资等实物的清算与审核
5.购置办公设备、办公用品，安排人员管理和发放，管理公文、行政档案等重要资料
6.参与组织、协调安排公司的各种会议及大型活动
7.办公环境秩序、保安、保洁、绿化、食堂、维修、办工区巡检等管理工作

8.做好员工、各部门之间的沟通工作
9.领导临时交办的其他工作


任职要求：
1.行政管理、企业管理等相关专业，大专以上学历
2.三年以上行政主管工作经验；
3.熟悉行政工作流程，办公用品采购流程，企业资产管理
4.优秀的外联与公关能力，具备解决突发事件的能力；

5.有学校工作经验或酒店管理经验者优先。

Our school is an international, boarding school which provides high school stage American course education, According to the Chinese students who want to study abroad , in high school stage synchronous accept American high school textbook. Such synchronous teaching way helps domestic students of the class to adjust to American in a faster way, also can make students be familiar with the American textbook and laid a solid foundation for entering American University. Our school is located in MinHang , HuaCao international school community in HongQiao area. MinHang will construct International business district, The international medical park and the international culture education area and build mature, rich business , living, learning atmosphere.
