职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、组织编制工程中心各项管理制度，并监督各项制度的执行工作。
2、工程项目的策划、组织、协调、监督，对项目实施进行全过程、全方位态管理。
3、协助制定项目实施方案，对各项目的质量、安全、进度、成本、风险及各方关系等全面控制。
4、协助配合项目投标、项目分包、项目实施及项目问题处理等。
5、协助配合工程项目的政府报备报建及业绩备案等。
6、工程中心团队建设及完成领导交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、工民建相关专业本科以上学历，具有一级建造师证书及英语精通。
2、有多个工程项目同时管理协调经验，管理单个项目金额超过1亿。
3、有生物制药、化学化工工程项目的整体设计和施工管理经验。
4、具备决策、组织、领导和沟通能力，能正确处理与业主及相关方关系。

Shanghai WINDE is a Sino-German cooperative enterprise, to absorb the German advanced technology, and manages the company in accordance with the German quality standards management enterprises. The company provides overall laboratory construction solutions for the scientific research and detection fields of chemistry, pharmaceutics, food, education and others all over the world, including subsidiary services of design consultation, total laboratory project package, with series of project contractor qualification and enterprise quality & safety certification. We mainly serve famous top foreign enterprises, foreign trade and key universities. WINDE has many wholly owned branch companies, providing specialized service for laboratory construction respectively.

Shanghai WINDE was established by about ten professionals focused on laboratory construction fields. Since established in 2002, Shanghai WINDE is committed to improve laboratory construction standards. We apply “project group responsibility system” and provide customized services. By adopting the standard deriving from Germany and has passed international standard certification, the product we research and develop can be sold to 200 more countries and regions. The name of our company updated arising from the trademark registration.
