职位描述：
Purpose:
Responsible for the first level support of the PC environment with a focus on the Client Desktop (i.e. PC Operating Systems, including virtual and Applications), Network and Remote Connectivity, Viruses/Security and Software Distribution. Other responsibilities, as needed, could include working with LEPS admin teams to provide additional testing, training, troubleshooting and problem resolution, participation in teams to resolve production IT infrastructure related problems.

Principal accountabilities:
- Provide training and consultation for the Level 1 helpdesk agents.
- Provide operational support for the enterprise computing environment (VMWare, Windows Servers, LAN, NetApp etc.)
- Cover prime-time (Business) hours from Monday through Friday (local time) and on-call support for urgent situations on non-prime-time hours, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain SQL Server Database
- Communications, research, testing, documentation, project management and trouble-shooting

Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Computer science or related subjects, over 5 years of System Administrator experience;
2. In-depth knowledge of Windows/Unix systems, TCP/IP and network security, have rich experiences on NIS, NFS, SAN and NAS storage;
3. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESX/ESXi), NetApp management is preferred;
4. Experience with ERP and MES system is preferred.
5. Strong capability and awareness of leaning new technologies;
6. Self-motivated and team spirit;
7. CCNA, MCSA certification is a plus
8. PMP or ITIL Foundation is a plus
