? Familiarity with Linux
? Working knowledge of a modern source control system: P4, SVN (aka Subversion), Git or Clearcase
o They can download P4V and P4 server to test out from the Perforce website on their own
? Some form of scripting language
? Some ticketing system (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc)

Desired:
? Perl
? ANT script
? SVN/Subversion and Perforce experience
? Basic webapp work / cgi with php/python/perl and some form of relational db (mysql/postgres)
? Makefiles, Ant, or Maven
? JIRA
? InstallShield 2010 or newer

? What is a branch, tag/label, version
? Software release process and release cycles; get it done right vs get it done fast
? Favorite editor, distribution of Linux
? Be very organized and responsible.
