职位描述：
The Position
The Title: Area SHE manager

Reporting to: ANH China SHE Manager
Purpose of the position
To define, implement, maintain the SHE& Security plan of site/area, in order to compliance with DSM SHE&Security requirements for continual improvement of SHE&Security performance.
To monitor, audit and report on compliance and progress status on local SHE&Security requirements in order to compliance with local laws/regulations.

The Challenge
1. Monitor the implementation of SHE&Security policy/plan, the SHE&Security performance and progress of the each sites.
2. To challenge, advise and support Area Management and employees on SHE and set an example.
3. Organize and co-execute sites SHE&Security inspections, check regularly the implementation situation of SHE SOP, follow up the implementation status.
4. Take in investigating sites SHE&Security incidents, provide technical support, share the case around the sites.
5. Organize and make specific SHE&Security trainings for employee & contractors regarding SHE training Program.
6. Support on sites risk assessments, follow up the results and actions.
7. Monthly provide ‘Learning from Incidents (domestically)’ document to ANH China sites and non-operational teams.
8. Analyze trends with respect to incidents and/or behaviour observations.
9. Monitor occupational health factors exposure, lead continues improvement and awareness promotion on sites.
10. Regularly training to sites Emergency Response Team, organize excises and evaluation.
11. Support area operation manager /site manager to face to local authorities checks.
12. Support site managers to keep compliance with legislations. Build and maintain the local legal list, review regularly and follow up the actions.
13. Take part in the risk assessment of MOC from SHE point of view, give advices & suggestions to sites.

Authorities
1. Veto any procedure or practice which violates the SHE&Security policy or requirements.
2. Stop any unsafe behaviour or activities in the site.

Projects / Special Assignments
1. Monitor the implementation of SHE&Security policy/plan and requirements, the SHE&Security performance and progress on on-going project site.


The Ideal
1. To balance/compromise for implementation for SHE & Security requirements between DSM requirements/practices and local laws/regulations with manner of effective way.
2. To influence and persuade site managers and staff to change awareness, attitudes and actions to achieve continues improvement of SHE&Security -levels.
3. Communication and presentation skills need to be excellent, as is the ability to communicate in Chinese at an internal level, face to face and by telephone and e-mail. At least be able to communicate in English in reading and writing.
4. Communication skill needs to be professional and excellent with authorities (local SAWS, PSB, fire fighting bureau, occupational bureau and environment protection bureau etc. in order to keep a good relationship with them.
