?Work with site manager and functional manager for continuous process and productivity improvement.
?Deliver basic six sigma / lean training to employees.
?Design, develop, document and test VBA code to automate manual processes.
?Document end user operating procedures or work instruction for newly developed tools
?Maintain, support and develop enhancements to the current tools for better performance.
?Support each function with their changing requirements and needs for process improvement.
?Collaborate with other staff and business stakeholders reviewing, testing and piloting new tools
?Provide technical recommendations to the business analysts/leads
?Assist in data calls by collecting, interpreting and consolidating data from various sources, provide basic reporting
?And conduct data analysis for improvement, support each functions with their metrics development.
?Participate in and prepare presentations to management and internal stakeholders
?2+ years VBA design and development experience
?Process improvement, especially with PTP/RTR
?Automation tools design
?Bachelor degree as a minimum
?A certified Black Belt.
?Expert in VBA, Excel and Access.
?Fluent English communication, Korean or Japanese is a plus.
?Accounting knowledge
?Creativity, flexibility and customer-orientation in addition to strong verbal and written communication skills
?Good analytical ability
? Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environment, and multi-task
?Must be an initiative-taker and possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also be able to collaborate and work in a larger team environment 举报 分享
