To take direct responsibility for the management of all post order contracts, to ensure their completion on time, to the defined specification and to budget. To do an efficient reporting to the Engineering Manager.

To provide an Engineering and Technical resource to the Engineering Team and all other Departments within the Company.

To monitor and maintain the expenditure budgets for the projects.

To provide an effective and efficient commissioning and service function to our Customers.

The main functions will primarily involve Technical, Engineering and Commercial matters. However, the Project Manager may be requested to undertake other aspects of work to assist other functions of the business both within and outside the Engineering Department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
To provide leadership and management for the Project Team.

Responsibility for all aspects of each Project and to ensure their successful conclusion including cash management and payment control.

Liaison with Clients either through the appointed Project Engineer or directly on all project management, technical and commercial matters.

Visiting the Clients premises for details discussions on issues relating to Engineering, Technical and Commercial matters.

Responsibility for managing the process design, plant layout and detail design. This includes own drafting skills and activities in AutoCAD inventor 3D.

Reviewing the Process Design for all Contracts including single item machine supply.

Liaison with electrical control designers and manufacturers, in order to progress the programme, resource and commercial issues.

Reviewing and providing a Risk Analysis for each Contract including CE and Conformity. Provision of approval and support for the preparation of CDM Documentation and file.

Ensuring that the Contract is operated in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and CDM including appropriate Risk Analysis and Method Statements.

Ensuring the provision of all documentation required by the Contract and legislation including Operating and Maintenance Manuals, Technical Files and Spare Parts Quotations.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS 工作范围
The main working relationship will be within the Engineering Department. However, close co-operation will be required with all other Departments within the Company.

Qualification Required: 资格要求：
1、 Engineering bachelor degree, majors for mechanical design/manufacture and automation, chemical mechanics, mechatronics, control for process equipment as well as bulk material handling etc.;
工科学士学位，机械设计和自动化、化工机械、机电一体化、过程设备控制以及固体物料处理等专业；
2、 Acted as Project manager more than three years for bulk material handling project in industrials of foods, pharmaceutical, chemical or plastic etc;
要求至少三年在食品、制药、化工或塑料行业的固体物料处理经验；
3、 Familiarity of process application ( dense phase, dilute phase, mixing and weighing etc) ， process design regulation and standard, system equipment installation and supervision, project management and project acceptance;
熟悉物料处理的工艺应用（浓相/稀相输送、混合与称重等）、工艺设计规范和标准、系统设备安装、项目管理和项目验收等；
4、 Experience of engaging bulk material handling project fulfill in multi-national and local company for foods, beverage and chemical industries;

5、 Communication internal and external for project executive; Project Management (PM) is preferred;
