What we offer:
Implement the sales plan to achieve and exceed Henkel sales targets of adhesive business in Shanghai and JiangSu area
Visit customers frequently on a regular basis to maintain close relationship. Grasp potential business opportunities to develop new customers and introduce Henkel's new products to existing customers
Give professional sales advice on Henkel products based on customers’ adhesive application request. Provide first hand trouble shooting support on site
Deliver sales report on time to cater accurate sales forecast
Who we are looking for:
You have successfully completed your bachelor degree studies in chemical, material or relevant engineering majors
You have accumulated at least 3 years’ direct sales experience in chemical industry, gluewater,adhesive tape,label area is preferred
You are an excellent communicator with powerful influencing and interpersonal skills
Being initiative and determined to achieve, you must be self-discipline
You are adapted to business trip if needed
职位描述:
1. 制定并实施销售计划,以达到汉高工业粘合剂产品在上海地区的销售目标;
2. 通过积极拜访,维护现有客户的良好关系,并积极在新市场、新领域开发潜在的业务;
3. 基于客户的应用需求,及时给予专业的产品销售建议,并提供初步的现场技术支持;
5. 及时准确地提交销售报告,为销售预测提供参考。
任职要求:
1. 本科学历;
2. 至少具备3年扎实的化工易耗品直销经验,胶水,胶带,标签行业尤佳;
3. 出色的沟通能力、客户影响力以及人际关系处理能力;
4. 能够独立开展工作,具备良好的自我管理技巧;
5. 能够适应因工作要求的出差。
