Responsibilities
The HR Manager is in charge of the following:
1. Drive teams’ positive moral, engagement & teamwork throughout the company with various initiatives (team-building activities, birthdays, outings, etc.)
2. Support the managers hire new staff, pay salaries/charges, handle holidays, handle training programs and provide feedback to the directors on the team spirits.
3. Drive the continuous improvement of the office -working environment.
4. Manage the foreign employees’ VISAs and working licenses and insurance policies.
5. Manage all staffs monthly the welfare and house fund, and all labor contracts.
6. Manage the annual reviews process.
7. Manage the company car and driver.
Qualifications & abilities
1. Female local with bachelor degree in HR Management required.
2. At least three-year working experience, preferably at an international company (fine if not related to event planning).
3. Fluent English spoken & written required.
4. Good command of Excel/Word/Outlook required.
5. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity.
6. Ability to work in team.
7. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
8. Can be tough against adversity.
9. Great with details. Honest.
